​To schedule a session, simply reach out through the form below or email me directly at: deliberatemanifesting@gmail.com. If you would like a free phone consultation to discuss your goals, be sure to include your phone number and a good time to reach you.  I will get back to you within 48 hours. 

Sessions range from 1-4 hours depending on the offering. I am currently booking 2 -3 weeks out.  After booking with me directly, I send you a confirmation email with our meeting details. QHHT sessions are in person only, currently held in Southeast Michigan. All other offerings are available online over Zoom. 

To proceed with a reservation, I request a non-refundable deposit of $50 that goes towards your session balance. Be sure to inquire about package discounts. For quitting smoking for example, I have seen lasting results after 3 sessions.  I take the following forms of payment: credit card, Paypal, Venmo and Zelle.

*All medical, mental health and/or dental conditions require a prescription or referral from an appropriate licensed medical practitioner. I am not a medical doctor, yet I work with therapeutic conditions within the scope of hypnotherapy only under applicable state laws.

The above disclaimer sounds like a mouthful! To keep it simple, if you have a diagnosed medical condition that you specifically want to address using hypnotherapy you will need a written referral from your doctor or specialist for us to get started. It's generally easy to obtain and can be accomplished over email.
